Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Unsalted butter - 50 grams, melted
  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts - 100 grams, chopped
  • Heavy cream - 50 ml
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter) to create the crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix the chopped walnuts with the heavy cream and a small pinch of salt.
  5. Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.
