- Greek yogurt - 50 grams

- Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons (for gelatin)
- Graham cracker crumbs - 50 grams
- Butter - 30 grams (melted)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of two individual tart pans to form a crust.
- Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water and set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
