  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Fresh raspberries - 100g
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in half of the fresh raspberries gently into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch tart pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining raspberries.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
