- Digestive biscuits - 100 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a food processor, crush the digestive biscuits until fine crumbs form.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then mix it with the crushed biscuits until well combined.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a small tart pan (about 15 cm in diameter) to form the crust, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until creamy.
- Add the melted white chocolate, egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled biscuit crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
