- Coconut flour - 30 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine fresh corn kernels, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Pour the blended corn mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
