  • Butter - 50 grams, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round tart pan.
  2. Peel the roasted chestnuts and place them in a bowl, mashing them into a smooth paste.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
  4. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Incorporate the chestnut paste into the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Sift together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the chestnut mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tart is set and lightly golden on top.
