- Eggs - 2 large
- Strong brewed coffee - 60 ml, cooled
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - for dusting (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a single small tart pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins or pour it into the tart pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- While the tarta cools, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Serve the cooled tarta topped with whipped cream and dust with extra cocoa powder if desired.
