  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Strong brewed coffee - 60 ml, cooled
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - for dusting (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a single small tart pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins or pour it into the tart pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. While the tarta cools, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Serve the cooled tarta topped with whipped cream and dust with extra cocoa powder if desired.
