- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Bay leaf - 1

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the zucchini, red bell pepper, and green beans to the pot, stirring to combine.
