  • Vegetable broth - 750 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced turnips, carrots, and potato, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
