- Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Squid - 100 grams, sliced into rings
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, for serving
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and tomato to the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the fish stock, canned tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the mussels open and the shrimp are cooked through.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.
