  • Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
  • Squid - 100 grams, sliced into rings
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, for serving

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  2. Add the diced red bell pepper and tomato to the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the fish stock, canned tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the mussels open and the shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  6. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.
