- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

- Sprinkle in the paprika and cayenne pepper, and mix well to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour in the broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the fresh crab meat and let the soup simmer for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
