Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Stir in the smoked paprika and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
