  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly, remove the stems, and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and carrot, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
