Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Sauté the mushrooms for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
