Steps
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.
- Slice the mushrooms into thick slices, about 1 cm each.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Add the mushroom slices to the bowl and marinate for about 5 minutes, ensuring they are well-coated.
