  • Orange juice - 250 ml
  • Pineapple juice - 150 ml
  • Sparkling water - 200 ml
  • Mixed seasonal fruits (such as oranges, lemons, limes, berries, and apples) - 200 grams
  • Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams
  • Cinnamon stick - 1
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, and honey, stirring well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Chop the mixed seasonal fruits into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pitcher.
  3. Add the cinnamon stick and fresh mint leaves to the mixture.
  4. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
