Ingredients

  • Red wine - 250 ml
  • Sparkling water - 100 ml
  • Orange - 1, sliced
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Lime - 1, sliced
  • Strawberries - 100 g, hulled and halved
  • Peach - 1, pitted and sliced
  • Apple - 1, cored and diced
  • Cinnamon stick - 1
  • Agave syrup - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine and agave syrup, stirring well to dissolve the syrup.
  2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, strawberries, peach, and apple to the pitcher.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon stick and let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
