Ingredients

  • Cava - 300 ml

  • Fresh orange - 1, juiced and zested
  • Fresh lemon - 1, juiced and zested
  • Fresh peach - 1, diced
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, diced peach, orange juice, lemon juice, and the optional honey if you prefer a sweeter drink.
  2. Add the orange and lemon zest to the mixture, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Slowly pour in the Cava, gently stirring to mix without losing the bubbles.
  4. Let the sangría sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
