- Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, oyster) - 300 grams

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chickpeas (cooked) - 150 grams
Steps
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
- Stir in the cooked chickpeas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Remove the skillet from heat and add the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss to combine.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
