  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chickpeas (cooked) - 150 grams

Steps

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
  5. Stir in the cooked chickpeas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and add the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss to combine.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.
