  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, almond flour, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
