- Cauliflower - 400 grams

- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Trim the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets and peeled garlic cloves.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Drain the cauliflower and garlic, then return them to the pot.
- Add olive oil, butter, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the pot.
