  • Water - 50 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth, then wrap in cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. While the dough is resting, remove the casing from the chorizo and cut it into small pieces.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut it into small squares, approximately 5x5 cm.
  7. Place a piece of chorizo in the center of each square and fold the dough over to create a sealed pocket.
  8. Arrange the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
