  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter - 10 grams (for greasing)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
