- milk - 250 ml
- eggs - 2 large
- sugar - 50 grams
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- raisins - 30 grams
- butter - 20 grams
- salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the gluten-free bread into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes and let it soak for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
- Grease a small baking dish with butter and pour the soaked bread mixture into it.
- Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden on top.
