Ingredients

  • gluten-free bread - 200 grams
  • milk - 250 ml
  • eggs - 2 large
  • sugar - 50 grams
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • raisins - 30 grams
  • butter - 20 grams
  • salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the gluten-free bread into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes and let it soak for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
  6. Grease a small baking dish with butter and pour the soaked bread mixture into it.
  7. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
