  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Raisins - 30 grams
  • Butter (for greasing) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish with butter.
  2. Tear the stale bread into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and salt until well combined.
