  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chopped almonds - 20 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chopped almonds until evenly distributed.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls (about 20 grams each) and flatten them slightly to form discs.
  6. Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
