  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Vegan cheese (optional) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a bowl.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet along with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is slightly golden.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the nutritional yeast.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  9. Top the sauce with the tofu and spinach mixture, then sprinkle vegan cheese on top if using.
  10. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
