  • Black olives - 30 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add water until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it into a pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by slices of chorizo, bell pepper, and black olives.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
