Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add water until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it into a pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by slices of chorizo, bell pepper, and black olives.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
