Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are softened. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
