  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
