  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Prepare the cashew cheese by draining the soaked cashews and blending them with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the cashew cheese evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
