- Red bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
- Zucchini, sliced - 1 medium
- Fresh spinach - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir in the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the sautéed chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
- Layer the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and fresh spinach over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
