  • Pine nuts - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 60 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Zucchini - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
