Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Pesto sauce - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion evenly on top of the pesto.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
