- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion evenly on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
