Steps
- In a bowl, combine the warm water and active dry yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
