  • Fresh rosemary - 2 teaspoons (chopped)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt, then make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until the dough comes together, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
