  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Potatoes - 200 grams, peeled and diced

  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Chickpeas - 100 grams, cooked
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Vegan cheese - 100 grams, shredded (optional)
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes until just tender, then drain and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, toss the cooled potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Arrange the seasoned potatoes evenly on top of the tomato sauce.
  7. Scatter the cooked chickpeas over the potatoes and sprinkle vegan cheese on top if using.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and red chili flakes if desired.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
