- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Chickpeas - 100 grams, cooked
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegan cheese - 100 grams, shredded (optional)
- Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes until just tender, then drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, toss the cooled potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes evenly on top of the tomato sauce.
- Scatter the cooked chickpeas over the potatoes and sprinkle vegan cheese on top if using.
