- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion; sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced potatoes and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are slightly tender.
- Spread the cooked potato mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
