  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion; sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the thinly sliced potatoes and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are slightly tender.
  5. Spread the cooked potato mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
