- Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the pizza base with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the pan, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the seafood mixture, stirring well for 2 minutes.
- Spread the seafood mixture evenly over the prepared pizza base.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the seafood.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
