Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Calamari rings - 100 grams
  • Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the pizza base with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the pan, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the seafood mixture, stirring well for 2 minutes.
  7. Spread the seafood mixture evenly over the prepared pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the seafood.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
