  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
