Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Pork loin - 150 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Top the sauce with the sautéed pork and vegetables, spreading them evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
