- Pork loin - 150 grams, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top the sauce with the sautéed pork and vegetables, spreading them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
