- Jamón Serrano - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface into a 25 cm round shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
- Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
