- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Spread the sautéed shrimp evenly over the pizza dough, then add the halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with extra parsley if desired before slicing.
