Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 ml
  • Fresh prawns, peeled and deveined - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Zucchini, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 30 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced red onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables with the fresh prawns and lemon juice. Set aside.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking tray.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Evenly distribute the prawn and vegetable mixture on top of the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the topping.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
