- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, diced
- Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
- Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
- Calamari rings - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and calamari to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and zucchini, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza dough, then top with the cooked seafood.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
