  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes (optional) - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
