- Tomato sauce - 150 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and sliced red onion until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Distribute the sautéed spinach mixture over the sauce, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast over the top for a cheesy flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
