- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced red onion, sautéing until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper, cumin powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bell pepper is tender.
- While the lamb mixture is cooking, brush the gluten-free pizza base with the remaining olive oil.
- Spread the cooked lamb mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
