  • Ground lamb - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced red onion, sautéing until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced red bell pepper, cumin powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bell pepper is tender.
  5. While the lamb mixture is cooking, brush the gluten-free pizza base with the remaining olive oil.
  6. Spread the cooked lamb mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
