  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Red bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the diced red bell pepper and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Spread the sautéed garlic and bell pepper mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Top with sweet corn, then sprinkle grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
