  • Seitan (chistorra-style) - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Slice the seitan into small pieces and distribute it evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers, red onion, and black olives on top of the seitan.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and seitan.
